Myofascial Release (MFR) is a gentle, manual therapy technique that has a profound effect on the deep connective tissues (fascia) of the body. Chronic pain, limited motion, acute or chronic injury, inflammation in the body or the feeling of overall tightness and restriction can be helped with MFR.
